Services

As a former litigator experience through his career of the winner-take-all approach Jack has come to the conclusion there is a better, cost-effective, less combative and emotionally draining way of settling disputes. Jack prefers to help facilitate and assist parties in resolving their disputes while retaining greater control of the outcome as opposed to the zero sum result that one finds at the end of a litigation process.

Jack accepts invitations to adjudicate sports and contract disputes. He conducts these matters pursuant to the ADRIC rules and Med-Arb rules if applicable.
